Make A Heart Shaped Egg In 5 Easy Steps Featured

Surprise your loved ones with heart-shaped eggs for breakfast!

What could be more fun than these little cuties. They will brighten any breakfast or lunch and let your honey know you are thinking and care about him. You can make these adorable eggs in about 10 minutes.

You'll need:

- Eggs
- Milk carton or any juice carton (cut open, washed well and dried)
- Chopstick (round one is ideal)
- Rubber bands

Here are 5 easy steps to follow:

Step 1: Take milk carton or  a thick white sheet of paper and fold it in half lengthwise.

Step 2: Cook hard-boiled egg.

Since a perfectly peeled hard-boiled egg is essential, follow these easy instructions: Place the eggs in cold water, add 3 tablespoons of salt, bring to a boil, cover, remove from heat, and let stand for 6 – 8 minutes. Dip eggs into ice water for a minute. Carefully peel.

Step 3: While the egg is still warm, peel the egg and put the egg on the milk carton, place a chopstick on the center of the egg, and put rubber bands on the both ends.

If you don't have a round chopstick maybe you can put a skewer inside a straw and use it. If you use a disposable chopstick, the middle part of the heart will probably look funky. Make sure the egg is freshly boiled and warm. Otherwise the egg might break from the pressure.

Step 4: Leave it for about 10 minutes.

Keep the egg in the fridge if it’s summer time. It's hard to see on the picture but make sure that chopstick is digged into the egg.

Step 5: Remove the rubber band, take the egg and carefully cut it in half.

Hard boiled eggs are so soft, smooth and easily modified. It's cute as is. But the heart shaped yolk makes it even more adorable! Besides, you can cut the bottom of the egg to make them stand.

Every pair is very unique, so no other pair is like it! Kind of romantic, isn't it? It doesn’t require any special technique or ingredients. Also I think it can be awesome finger food at a party. You don’t need a special mold so you can make a lot of them at the same time. Put seasoning on the top like salt, ketchup, anything to dress them up or you can make deviled eggs with them.  It’s easy, and a delicious way to tell someone how much you love them.

I gave it to my BFF, and she told me she didn't like eggs. I was like "FFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" Cause I did all that work for nothing. So, we hid in an alley behind the dumpster in our neibour hood, and when someone walked by, we would throw on at them, to say: "Hello! You have a big heart!" Then when my friend wasn't looking, i stuffed one in her mouth really fast, and forced her to swallow it, I thoght she did, but she didn't. She spit it in my face. I felt loved :3

Hey i love the Heart Shaped Egg idea . . . i will have to try this with my next girlfriend. now i just need to find Miss Right :-) . anyway this is a really neat thing to do that looks to be very easy also. it's the little things in life that says I Love You so loud you don't have to say it out loud, but it's best that you do . . . don't let a moment go by without keeping her enthralled and wondering "What Next". Don't let her down and keep it Alive . . .
