So, all you need to do is to core the apples keeping the base intact, then fill it with water soaked Oasis. It is available in the floral supply section of any craft store. After that  stick a short stemmed Spider Mum inside. Make sure your apples do not leak by letting them sit on a tray for about 15 minutes before placing them directly on your table. Check moisture every day – water as needed.
